Before You Book
The Essentials, in Brief
- Fare
- A fixed fare for the car, shown before you book and confirmed with your booking. It does not change for traffic, roadworks, diversions or the time of day. Parking fees or tolls on the journey may be added where they apply.
- Airport waiting
- Free for 45 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, counted from the actual landing time; after that, waiting is charged at our standard waiting rate, which we give you when you book or on request. We track your flight from take-off to landing and time the collection to the actual landing, at no extra charge.
- Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: up to 50% of the fare. Less than 6 hours before pickup, or once the car has left for the collection: the full fare may be charged. Read the terms
- Your contract
- With Express Travel Kent, the licensed operator that confirms your booking. Every journey is pre-booked.
